Replacing trunk lid

Hey all,
I've got a 2002 Civic LX (coupe) and I want to replace the trunk lid. I found (on kijiji) a 2003 Civic and i'm wondering if I can do a direct replacement of the trunk lid, or will it not fit?

Thanks!
-Mat
