Ok so I just bought a 2002 honda civic( I live in toronto, canada) and it was painted I believe and the ownership doesnt give me the model for some reason.

It is 4 door...5 speed...leather...power everything, NO SUNROOF and no alloys.

I need to change the knock sensor and i pulled it out and has the piggy tail style but when I look up under dx,lx or ex it shows the single stubby style one so not sure if the engine was changed.

any help appreciated!

If there is a ES2 in your vin = Ex or Canadian Si (has VTEC)
If there is a ES1 in your vin = Lx (no VTEC)
