Rep Power: 0 New civic owner '02 DX
I just bought an 02 civic for economy driving and so far I love it. It's a sedan DX 5speed. I haven't tested the mileage yet, but I'm sure it's going to be good. What should I expect?
Also, I would like to look into adding a few things. What do i need to add cruise control? I would also like to get a new cluster with a tach. Are these clusters hard to change over?
The car has 92k miles on it, but the plugs were changed to NGK platinums by the lot I bought it from. The timing belt and accessory belt were also replaced. What are some areas I should look at for maintenance? What are problem areas I should be aware of in the future? I know these are reliable and cheap cars to work on, but I dont want any surprises Thanks guys!!

if you want a tach i would just buy an aftermarket one like autometer.....doesnt have to be a HUGE 6 inch monster tach though.....that would be alot cheaper than a new cluster, unless your a neat freak and want a clean look
