LED tail lights

I was looking at options for having LED tail lights on my 04 civic ex. I was wondering if anyone has used this particular Depo set of lights?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Depo-Pair-Eu...c4f0c6&vxp=mtr

Any other suggestions on LED tail lights? I searched the forum and saw other cars with depo lights and they seemed to be good but I as just curious about this particular model. Can't find any images of them installed anywhere.

Re: LED tail lights

depo uses cheap leds that will end up burning out so your better off using led bulbs so if they end up burning out you can easily replace them.

Re: LED tail lights

Thank's for the heads up. Are there any other alternatives for LED tail lights other than just LED bulbs for the stock tail lights? Has anyone ever attempted to replace the LED's in their units? I am good with a soldering iron so just curious what can be done.

Re: LED tail lights

i mean you could rip them apart and replace each individual led but who really wants to do that.after all that your still left with cheap ebay tail lights. you mite as well hack up the stock lights and throw leds all over it.

Re: LED tail lights

sl33pyriceboi, they look really nice! I saw them but wasn't sure how'd they would look on the car, but those pics have almost convinced me that's the way to go. Is that a LED reverse bulb I saw there as well?

Yeah, they are not the best looking, think I just got excited because it was the first one I saw where it was nearly all LED
