Crankshaft Bolt....How Tight?
when tightening up the crankshaft pulley bolt....how tight do you know how to do it up?....i know the obvious answer is "as tight as possible", but i have a six foot breaker bar which would probably break the bolt or strip it if i used full force....i dont want it too loose, but dont want to snap the bolt either

I think the manual says something like "14 ft-lbs, plus an additional 1/4 turn"
I think the spec is 181 ft-lbs.
Personally, I take my 150 ft-lb torque wrench to it, torque it to 150, then take a breaker bar and crank down on it a bit more
