Hi guys,
Just wondering what your thoughts are on a problem I'm having.
My driver side window will not roll down, it's stuck in the up position. The passenger side works fine on both controls.
I've used a multimeter on the master switch and here are the results, so please let me know if I'm way off in how to test it.
Testing the passenger window switch part of the master switch I connected the meter to the number 1 (Blu/wht) and 3 (blu/red). The meter had full deflection, then activating the switch caused the meter to go to the complete opposite side. So I figure thats a good result since that window actually works.
Now the driver side part I connected the meter to 4 (red/blk) and 7 (red/yel). I get full deflection but activating the switch does not move the meter.
I figure. Need a new switch, what do you guys think? Or did I even test it right?
Cheers.
