Okay so Im new to this site, anyone want to help me out with my car?
2002 Honda Civic Ex.. I want to get it ready for Car shows this year.
What are some good parts, etc.. to get this baby looking and running smooth?


The only custom I have done is custom tail lights, interior design, panels, dash, all that. But nothing to make it preform better, sound or look better under hood?

Cold air intake, headers, and exhaust will add some noticeable hp to your car.
+ it will sound a lot better

Also, lowering it makes it look, and handle better!

unfortunately, all those will give u like 2hp (if you are lucky)

the D17 does not respond very well to bolt ons (unlike your B16)

if u want it show quality, learn to wash/clay/wax your car properly.

and keep up with ur maintenance and you car should be swell.

springs+struts.

lowering springs on stock struts are pretty much worthless for our 7thgens since they usually blow out pretty fast (yea, stock parts on a 7th gen SUCK once u try and adapt them to aftermarket parts).

Lower, Rims, Tint, Lip kit, maybe a retrofit for looks

Exhaust and SRI for sound

Like sleepy said, learn to shine it up real good before entering it in anything. Oh and put lots of stickers on it so it looks pro baha

Don't forget that those stickers add 5whp a piece. So put as many as you can fit on there!

This is the reason I'm getting some of those huge stickers you put on the back window. If it takes up half the glass, I say you've upped your whp by about 50%. You know, laws of physics, aerodynamics, and especially the law of proportions really makes sense here. And don't forget, those stickers need to be huge brand names that you haven't purchased a part from, nor are their parts anywhere on your car. You know, intimidation is 9/10 of power, or some crazy saying like that...
