i was at autozone today and noticed sylvania has 168 and festoon led bulbs now they look like really good quality bulbs. ive had bad experiences with other led bulbs only lasting a couple weeks so im going to give these a shot the only downside is there $12.99 each but hopefully these will hold up better.

i saw pics on another forum a while back, but they still never made it to stores in the west so i havent tried em yet. the philips leds were a huge failure, so im hoping there are better. if they use a hi power led, the heatsink needs to be big enough for constant-on running. i have yet to see any led bulb (other than the ELEFs, www.elef-usa.com, for 3157 size bulb) that was designed to function as a park light. for turn signal and casual use apps like dome light, usually they will last for a while.
