Question Power Issues

I have a 2001 honda civic ex its a 5-speed. My initial problem was my car not starting I was told it was the starter so I replaced it. Then it shut off on me again and I was told I needed a new battery it had a dead cell replaced it. Next it shut off in traffic and I was to replace the altenator so I did. In addition to that I have also replaced the battery fuse 80A and the altenator fuse and the negative battery cable. The battey is still not holding a charge and I have ran out of options can anyone give me some insight on what im missing.
