Quick clutch question

Hey guys, i'm checking out different clutches right now because mine's gone and come spring i'm going to need a new one.

Ive been looking on Dezod and from what i've read exedy makes a good clutch :P

First off is this the right now i'm looking for? http://www.dezod.com/pd_exedy_organic.cfm

it says it gives 69% torque capacity increase. What does that mean? And would it be better to get something like this http://www.dezod.com/pd_competition_clutch_stage_5.cfm that gives 250 - 400% more torque capacity?

Re: Quick clutch question

that stage 5 clutch is by far overkill unless your running 500hp you don't need the stage 5 clutch.. and the first one is over priced.. i got my exedy stage 1 clutch for way less... i got mine from here http://www.jrponline.com/webstore/in...h=00&pn=08801A
