roughly how much would a shop charge me to put my new dc race headers, magnaflow hi-flow cat, and dc sports muffler on? headers should bolt right up but cat and muffler need welded on.

The cheapest DC Sports 4-2-1 Header I've been able to find so far has been a little above 300 bucks. I'm trying to decide whether I want to go with my shop guy and hook up a Cat Bypass... I don't mind paying for a High-Flow cat. What I'm wondering is there any big difference in going without the cat? If not, then I'd rather coast through my emissions tests and just pay for the High-Flow.

sorry replied in a hurry...but from what my friends have told me u cant tell a difference (atleast not a big difference) in having a cat and not having a cat unless ur running a turbo (boosting) because the cat puts a restriction in the exhaust. but like i said u cant really tell especially when using a hi flow cat because the hi flow cats put very minimal restriction on airflow compared to a regular OBDII cat. cats are problems for people with turbos basically because of the amount of air they are trying to push through the exhaust.
i just bought a magnaflow universal hi flow cat for my em2 and cant tell a diference performance wise from no cat at all.
