I'm looking to buy a replacement car for my 88 prelude, rest its soul.
I have found two that I like for about the same price on craigslist.
1# - '02 Civic SiR 149,000KM Silver rims-intake-exhaust 9/10 cond.
2# - '06 Civic LX 66,000KM Galaxy Gray Metallic - Stock with Factory 17" matching wheels. cond 10/10
Both cars have the same price. I like the SiR as its a sportier car then the LX but the LX is practically new. Tell me what you think! Thanks!

Go for the SIR it's a true sports import, it has a k-series engine and is a hatch. The 06 is almost new, but I doubt you'll enjoy it as much.

Holy **** people... its got 140k on it. It's already well on it's way to the civic shitstorm... I say go with the LX.. more economical and practical, newer... Just my .02.

but his is in KM. Go for the SiR.
My cousins 01 civic is almost at 300 000km and it's running fine. 150 for an 02 is pretty good. And i'll tell you right now you'll definately have more fun driving the sir.
The sir is such a nice car, take care of it and it'll last you YEARS.

To me personally I would pick the 06 since i'm not that big a fan of the SiR....I prefer the style of the 06 as well..but taht is just me...utimately dude. I would go with what you think looks better..If you go with the SiR be sure to inspect it well..don't want to get sold a peice of crap....lol
