I might try to restore them, seems like a waste of time when u have connections to get brand new ones for really cheap but I have some plast-x I might try with a orbital and see what happens

A scene before your eyes
Re: Let Me Know What You Think!
Been sitting on a 2005 Honda Civic. I have done some simple, mods; they include Custom 2.5" to 3.0" ractive exhaust and a AEM forced air intake w/dry filter. Power increase is noticable but very weak. Sound is great but could be better, as I am running this car with an automatic transmission. I am concidering on purchasing a high flow cat, and 4-2-1 header system in order to really clean up the back pressure issues and direct exhaust issues.
Negitive concerns I have are with this engine itself and its potential for peak performance. I love this year models body and interior features. But hate the SOHC and limited mod availability to the motor. I have made serios concideration to changing the motor and tranmission. But am unsure on this. Im not looking to ingest serios debt, nor do I want that 5 to 6 hundred horsepower beast I would have eatn my left hand for 15 years ago. Yet, im crazy for the whp and love the performance.
What advice or opinions do you all have regarding potential, if there even is any?

2 the type R grille sure as long as you color match the molding.
3 i like the rear visor idea but only one brand looks good on our cars i will find it for you.
4 hell yeah keep the oem quality nothing else then retro fit one set.
6 sure why not
7 never heard of griots i only use Meguiar's car products nothing else will do.

Re: Let Me Know What You Think!
Theres lot to be sid about custom alterations to these cars. I love the simple body styling and boxy rear end of the civic 7th gen. But do say that slightly more up to dat mods in the lighting department and wheel size are a must. Window tint should always be classy with a great deal of individual flare. And when it comes to additions which increase performance such as steering and suspension you can never go wrong with a pro series or racing series. Any aftermarket company providing parts that acualy fit correctly can be used.

So i just ordered the rear window visor! next i will most likely be getting the supplies i need to polish the swirls out of my paint. I forgot to mention that i got a recall letter in the mail from honda saying that my airbag module needs checked. so i will have that checked out this week too. After looking at my budget, it looks like wheels will have to wait. i know steelies and hubcaps are not the best but they will get the job done till i can save for a new set of wheels.

I'm not really a fan of the amber on the sides, maybe because my car is white
But the good thing about crystals is it's harder to fade than the stock oem headlights.
& the crystals dont use halos or leds or anything, just stock setup, but i think they keep the car a lot more clean looking than oem

i wouldn't buy any after market headlights from ebay unless i was doing a retro fit on them because one they leak the light output from the poorly designed reflectors is awful and the UV protection is nearly non existent . stay with the oem if your not retro fitting them.
