Hell no you cant pop that out yourself lol....its generally not a good idea to go about body work yourself if you don't know what you're doing, you could very easily make it worse. My suggestion would be sand over the rust and get some touch up paint as a starting point.

*edit* The top dent actually doesn't look too bad since its not creased, wait for someone who knows more about PDR to chime in

i would bash the other door with a crowbar so it looks symmetrical or buy a used door whatever works better.
