PICTURES UPDATED, please help me to see this motor mount

is it bad or okay? I am not a car guy, could you guys please give me some advise? Car shake at 1st gear, it is so bothering me...

Can't tell.. Remove it from the car and then take pictures... It should only take about 10 minutes to remove.

see if any of the rubber legs are broken inside. no need to take it off, im sure you can see it fine in person. or even feel around.

like i said there, inspect the mount.
Also, gave a list of stuff on your original post. could be so many stuff from the info given that you need to go through them and check them off. important! Do not go throwing parts either until you can pinpoint it better. waste of money.
All else failing, take to a shop. very hard to diagnose from a distance.
