If your mounting it to an ebay front grill then it doesn't matter what model the badge is designed for since you not matching anything up to existing holes.

imagine if the pothole was mid-corner
they were mostly for high speed vibrations, though (at least they were 10 years ago not sure, have been too long since i read bout them in a magazine...)

I got the dampener because I came down off a wheelie and got the speed wobbles. It scared the poop out of me.

I actually hit a pothole while going around a corner last June and layed it down. I broke my scapula. The dampner may have saved me then.

Hey, mkymonkey, did you need to remove the hub and press in the wheel studs or did you just use an impact to pull them in?

I'm planning on ordering a set in the next few days.

I replaced mine with ARP studs about 6 months ago (after stretching/breaking two sets of OEM studs during SEVERE CORNERING maneuvers). Not sure about drums, but you can shimmy standard size studs on rear disc hubs without a press, and pull them in. Standards can also be inserted/pulled in the front hubs, but you will need to grind off a bit of the stud, in order for them to slide in from the back. Otherwise, you will need to remove the hub.

You'll need to remove all the hubs for extended studs. Might as well do it right at that point and press 'em in while the hub is out. Pulling in studs causes a lot of undue stress on the lugs, hubs, rims, etc.

I'd also find a set of cheapo lugnuts to pull in the studs. I wasted 2 or 3 before they seated properly, using this method.

Good time to apply some anti-seize on you pricey studs. I also re-apply everytime the wheels come off. Your lugs and studs will last that much longer. Torque wrench or sticks help longevity too.
