EX vs SI Rims

I just bought a 2003 EX and noticed that the rims are almost identical to 99-00 SI Rims. Are they the same and could they be passed off as SI's? I thought they were SI's but noticed other EX's with the same rims.

they're the same exact rims just they decided too put them on the 03 civic ex cuz the 03 civic si ep3 couldnt have the same rims as the 00 civic si

the rim themselves r exactly the same. but the center caps are just a tad different. kinda like how honda likes to keep changing the H on the steering wheels
