Gauge cluster not working

hi, I wonder if someone knows what this problem is?

I have an 04 Civic SE. Sometimes if I start the car with my command start (think it's a Autostart), once I get in the car, the temp, rpm, speedo and fuel gauges don't work. Anyone ever see this or have a clue what's up?

Most warning lights seem to work, so I'm guessing it's just the guages not getting power.

BUMP

Would this be a fuse? I looked at both fuse panels, and don't see anything relevant. What's the AS fuse?
