are you getting the type r grill? I just changed it on my 01 civic coupe ex. I like how cleaner it looks. I was going to put the red "H" as well on it but i didnt like the way it looked on it afterwards, but my red h was probably not the right size for it. I know ebay has some for cheap but i dont know the quality of them though.

i personally like our stock grills, once i get tires for my new rims which are black, i was going to remove the honda "H" and paint it black to help match the scheme, my scheme is basically blue and black

yeah i agree the stock grills don't look bad at all but i just felt like changing it up a little. Since the grill was only 45 bucks I said screw it and just put it on.

i forgot to say this in my last post but as far as installing the red h, best thing to probably do is get some 3m adhesive tape, cut off a strip, put the strip on the back of the emblem and trim the tape as needed around the emblem. i think that will probably be easiest to do and probably work the best as well

I originally decided to put the red H on the grill but i thought that it looked kind of akward afterwards so i took it off.

Bought it off ebay. Also, you don't have to remove the bumper to get the grille off. It just makes it more troublesome imo. There's just a lot of those plastic clips that hold it in place. If you can get your hand to fit in by the header you can get a small screwdriver and pop the clips right out from the back side. The rest are on the top by the latch.
