What point must the rotors be replaced?

I just changed my brake pads today with OEM pads. The rotor when measured at the widest point is 13/16th of an inch (I only checked one rotor). Does it need to be replaced? Thanks.

The min thickness in metric should be marked on the rotor towards the center area. I don't turn rotors any more. If they get warped ( I'm easy on brakes) then I just replace them.

Re: What point must the rotors be replaced?

the min spec on the front rotors is 19mm. the thinner the rotors get the more prone to warping they get. so keep an eye on them

Two cents: Don't mess around with your brakes. Any indication that it needs replacement, replace it.

Re: What point must the rotors be replaced?

Thanks guys. 13/16 of an inch is almost 21 mm. I think the side I checked is quite a bit more worn than the other side. The other side I was worried I would be unable to get the new pads to go on. I guess I'll replace them if they get warped or otherwise I'll wait until the next time I have to replace the pads.
