Re: horn doesn't work (help)

With car off, listen near under hood fuse box for relay click noise while someone works the horn button.

No click = horn button circuit, Click = switched circuit wiring or horn.

Re: horn doesn't work (help)

my horn and tail lights stop working at the same time. it was a fuse.

but your case is simply because of the accident there can be many reasons.
1. steering wheel
2.circuit or fuse
3.the horn it self

UPDATE:

I've fixed my horn issue, I want to take this time to thank everyone who helped me with this problem... It wasn't hard to find at all, plus we relocated the horn to more under the hood.. So yea, everything works good..
