Re: Ex Head Swap???

thats what I was thinking the neo just seams to be the vafc II with visual upgrades and the user manual states that its compatible with the d17

Re: Ex Head Swap???

i wanna say the NEO is more restricted. but im not sure on that. i also wanna say it doesnt work nearly AS WELL AS the VAFC2. Ive also heard that nothing but the VAFC2 will work with VTEC CORRECTLY! i think its just changes that happened later in the product line that perfected the earlier imperfections.

Re: Ex Head Swap???

u gotta remember that the DIY was made before tha apexi neo ever came out to the market... if your worried about it controlling vtec then any unit that claims to control vtec can suffice with the head swap

Re: Ex Head Swap???

OOOOO ok after some research its a VTEC sel. oil pressure wire; now on the sel. does it have a sensor that this woud need to go to? Or is pressure consistant with head and doesnt need to be Monitored?
