don't buy civics for the fastest.
I hate it when I hear kids at my school say oh man I bought my civic its so fast I'll screw your srt4.I hate it when people buy a civic for SPEED! Truth is we don't buy civics to be the fastest car out there. for true civic enthusiasts because everyone knows a tricked out civic vs a tricked out 89' 5.0 mustang will lose.and that mustang will lose to the corvette and that corvette will lose to the new porsche and the porsche will lose to to the McClaren F1 and that the F1 will lose to the bugatti veyron. The real civic enthusiasts buy civics because they are art. There are so many things to do to this car its highly unlikely you'll see one with your exact design. We buy them for the reliability that if it breaks down its not as expensive to repair as everyone else. We buy them for the parts come in bountiful packs. and anything you need you can virtually find anywhere. we buy them because they are for themselves a great car. The civic yes can go fast for a track car if gutted and so forth but as a street car this car is sleek, comfy, inexpensive, and if tuned right you can make it fast(for a civic of course). Ok I am 17 I got my first civic when I was 15. I spent so much time and money on it. I cheerished the baby. When I was driving home from buying the civic a brand new engine/tranny/and turbo a lady T-boned me my and wrapped my car around a pole I cried and it depressed me alot. You may laugh but I spent on average 6 hours a day working on my car and tuning it for 6 months straight. She was my pride and joy.I worked at a job since I was 14 and since I was ten I saved up money to have the fastest civic when I got it I had 19,800$ and I loved the 98 civic ex I didn't want an SI. i don't care what you if your going to spend 20,000$+ to tune up your civic just to beat a mustang than buy a mustang put 20,000+ into that and you'll get whooped I saw a civic 18PSi versus a supercharge stang and the civic was left in the dust. Civics are a good starter tuner car. but there is always gonna be somethign better. and trust me civics aren't top line and not even mid line. although they are a good car. and if you wanna really go at it a stock civic si versus stock 5.0 mustang. civic will lose. a civic with 5 psi and a stang with 5psi mustang will still lose the video you watched they guy probably threw 30,000into his car while the lambo was stock

that was my first car almost 2 years ago. so go ahead laugh at it for being riced idc i liked it. only drove it to and from work and school. i never went to show it off or race it. cause why. 1. Racing a car is stupid unless on the track. and 2. go ahead make fun of my civic I got something faster :]

it has 197HP, and has more HP per Litre then a Z06,
a stock Si will smoke a stock mustang as stands.
i cant remember where i seen it, but there was a Vid of
the i believe RSX with a K22 and ill tell ya...itll kill your lil

yes but the compression on a 06 si makes it so it would be harder to boost it. also if your wandering that 197hp will still get smoked by a z06 so still stock on it will lose. also i don't have a stang i have a 2002 civic ex and a 2007 subaru wrx sti
