Rep Power: 0 removing 01 civic hood silver trim possible??
Does anyone know how to remove the silver trim on the hood and the trunk? Are they just like the badges or are they bolted on? Im thinking of changing my grill but no grill looks good with that silver trim except for the stock grill. Do I have to paint it which will cost a buttload or is it debadgable? And how would I go about removing it ? Would I have to repaint the bottom or just wax it out like the badges?
(ps: not my car below, just using the pictures to explain which silver trim I am talking about but yes my car is same silver..)
front
rear

one nut in the middle, and several clips on each side. the front chrome can be swapped for a painted front coupe trim, the rear can be swapped for a painted rear 04-05 sedan trim. select colors only.
