okay i guess you could say i'm an idiot when it comes to exhaust (or most stuff about cars really), but i was wondering if i got a universal Apexi WS2 muffler, could i get an aftermarket resonator to quiet it down a little and give it a smoother tone...or how would that work. i want something that's not too much louder than stock but you can still hear, and i like how that one looks. i've watched sound clips on youtube and some of them have a hollow raspy sound and some of them sound good, what's the difference? Thanks for the help.

what about using the stock resonator and just put the wsII muffler on?

i just didn't know if it would be loud with the stock one or if an aftermarket one would be quieter
