cliking sound?

i just put my original headers back on my car and now its making little clicking sound most of the time. like only when i have it on sitting for a while and when my ac is on. but when the car is moving theres isnt any sound at all

what do you guyd think?

theres no leaks on the HEADER.. sry.. and i found out that im missing a bolt on the where the header sits with the motor.

its the one piece where its like going vertical on the bottom..

could that be it???

have u checked valve lash? or oil level? have u replaced the header gasket?

oils kool and the gasget i bought a new OEM one from honda.

but do u think its the bolts that r missing cuz when i put it on it looked like its missing it..

you definitely need all the bolts there. whether your gasket is new or not, if its not sandwiched between the header and your motor, it can always have a leak. a leak isnt just from a bad gasket, your gasket can still be good and leak if you dont have all the bolts in. they dont really design it with more bolts than you NEED...they design it so you have the right number of bolts to make it function properly.

think about it this way...

if you had a 10 foot long 2x4 board that you hammered to a wall with one nail on one end of the board, and one nail on the other end...you could still stand at the middle of the board and possibly drop a dime between the board and the wall.
