well...ok..here we go. this thread might possibly get locked because this gets asked all the time

the number one rule on this site is to search before you ask questions. theres not THAT big of aftermarket support for our em2s but there is a decent amount to get your car looking and performing how you want. ill start with performance.

intake/exhaust/header also knowns as IHE.. doesnt really do much for our d17s (the motor in your car). they pretty much can give u a possibly nice sound out of your engine and better gas milage, if ur not flooring it all the time. but the cost-benefit ratio is garbage.. your lucky to get 4-7whp with everything stated above. if you dont mind and u just want your car to have a little bit of pep in the rpms and like the sound and the looks, then keep looking around. for exhaust systems u can either go with a full cat-back system from Magnaflow/skunk2/apex/greddy/tanabe/rsr/megan..or make it easier and just get an axle-back system like the hks hi power...or an rsx-s axleback...either type of system will net u the same performance, its all up to the sound u want and how much u have to spend. intakes.. the same concept.. products from Injen/AEM/k&n and a few others more are readily available. headers are offered from megan/obx/dc sports/kamikaze and a few ebay brands..

lowerings springs. depends on what kind of a drop you want. but if u have the money to spend, id go with coilovers.. if ur just commuting and nothing drastic, you can go with tein springs and tokico blue struts/shocks and have a comfortable 1.5" drop with a reliable setup.. however there are many others to choose from, this seems to be a popular choice. stay away from ebay brand springs/lowering kits/coilovers... those are not something u want to go cheap on..they keep you on the road, go cheap with those and you could be setting urself up for disaster on the highway.. strut bars.. theres a bunch.. megan seems cheap and sufficient but doesnt clear too many intakes.. so be weary and do some research..again. neuspeed makes the most effective strut bar, then comes DC sports.. all the others are mostly for looks.

tint can be gotten from an local audio shop or soemthing of that sort.. i think even your honda dealership can do it. you can get nice lifetime warranty tints for about 100-120 bucks.. look around town.

same thing about your system. peice it together..stay away from bestbuy trying to rob you and convince you that certain systems are better than others.. do your research and read reviews and ask people what they like/dont like about their setup. it all depends on what youre looking for..deep godly bass for hiphop, nice highs and mids for rock? all around sound? just look around.. its your music, not ours..

rims? its your car man not ours.. u have 4 lugs.. stay away from most ebay special wheels... cheap quality can be hazardous and costly... rota makes a great knockoff brand for an amazing price. check out jblmotorsports.com... theyre great.

if your looking for a great place to start buying.. hit up dezod.com or truehonda.com... great customer service and members of our own community..

with that said..welcome to the forums, hope to see you around and before any questions.. take a quick search and see what you come up with so nobody gets mad at you.. be patient and dont rush things, stay away from RICE.. like altezzas and excessive neons and "cool" stickers and what not.. take your time, do lots of research and know what your getting yourself into..welcome once again..any questions pm me and ill be happy to help u before u post a thread.. see ya
