Re: 04 Sedan DX - Pictures

How's the quality of the HID on the stock reflectors? Is there alot of glare and how focused is the beam? Was thinking of HID on the same Civic as yours but with all the talk of glare and poor performance in reflectors I'm kinda hesitant...

Re: 04 Sedan DX - Pictures

Well the Glare isnt a problem at all, only thing is alot of light when is foggy isnt the greatest thing. I got 8000K and I love it. I wouldnt go higher than 8K if you want to go HID go 8K atleast it looks like you changed it.

I was thinking about fog lights but I might cut thoes pieces out to increase airflow to intake.

Re: 04 Sedan DX - Pictures

Hey mate, got a question for you regarding your HIDs again. Could you share with me where in the engine bay did you mount your ballasts on? Cos each time I open the hood and look inside I can't seem to find even a little space to mount the ballasts. It's so damn tight behind the headlights. Also, is the HID bulb too long to fit into the stock reflectors?

Since you already have the HIDs fitted so it's proven you've worked out the installation process. Hope you could help... Cheers.

Re: 04 Sedan DX - Pictures

Well, I mounted one right behind the windshield washer fluid and the other one i strapped it tight to the battery mount. The bulbs will fit u just gota have small hands like me. Your best bet is to take out the battery and maybe remove the other obsticales that maybe in your way. There should be no way the reflectors get to be a problem unless your bulbs are extra big.
