damn dude... U should hope that u see a car flossin ur rims so can chase it down and whoop some ***. This is a step by step if u find the bitch. Step 1: go to the hardware store, buy some roofing nails(not too big) 1 inch is good and a 1 1/2to 2ft metal pipe. Step 2 put them in a cup. Step 3 drive next to them just in front. Step 4 throw them out of the cup. Step 5 Watch That SOB go off the road. Step 6 put some gloves on. Step 7 get ur pipe, and walk over to his car, drag his *** out and play wack-a-mole with his face. Step 8 drop the pipe, get in ur car and drive off, look in the rear view mirror and tell urself how much of a badass u are. Step 9 report to the cops that u saw ur wheels on whatever car it was the day before u kicked his ***. Step 10 go pick up ur wheels. Minus the tires.. But hey u win some and u lose some.

I might have gotten carried away with that one... But yea that is what i would do if i saw who had them. I have stuff in my car specifically for those situations. I would suggest everyone carry the crazy driver survival kit. IMO
