What does this button do - Mystery solved!!!

I just purchase a 2009 LX coupe with stock radio and it has what I believe is some type of Bluetooth add on. There is factory looking button on the right side of the power mirror adjustment (where the traction control button would be). The button has three segments: top - up arrow, bottom - down arrow and the middle is what looks to be two phone receivers at roughly 45 degree angles. I have search the net to find what this is and/or how it works to no avail. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

UPDATE - mystery solved, it a Advent hands free kit, very confusing through. The module has one part number and the switch and every thing else has another another. Unfortunately it's voice call only, the car is for my son and he hasn't master the art of talking on the phone . Thanks for everyone's input

Re: What does this button do

Look under the steering column for a aftermarket box, should have a part number on it so you can find a manual.
