Oh yeah Amazon is the place for deals ezone i seen the magnetic Oil filter there that goes on the end Face of the Oil Filter not very fond of those especially If there a very strong magnetic kind on there, my worries i guess would be about it some how interfering with any anti-drain back valve in the Filter. i see amazon has a magnetic gold plug $19.00 i might do better finding one in-store for that price in my area. & save on shiping

Looks like im in Luck Guys Local Wallmart caries either of the 2 types of the M14 1.5 Magnetic Drain Plug for my 2008 Civic DX being either Aluminium or Metal I"m sticking with the Metal threaded Magnetic Drain Plug Much better choice i think" over the weaker aluminuim threaded one. Nice thing about useing these strong Magnetic Drain Plugs is You can see any ferous Metal fillings when there Wiped clean on a white Paper.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: Anyone have one of these in there Oil's Crankcase...
I don't think I would want an aluminum drainplug unless you get rubber O ring style gasket that doesn't require a lot of torque to completely seal.

Don't Ever Buy any Magnetic Plug that is made with an Aluminum/or/Aluminum Alloy thread on it.
i was thinking of geting a Greddy Plug until i did some searching online and found this..? LOL
Aluminum threads Just Aint strong enough if You over torque it a little too much that's what will Happen.

Ordering the (Original Dipple Magnetic Plug instead that I 1st posted) - all Metal Plug.
anything else is a risky inferior Product to use.

Its Probably the Best one on the market" All Metal thread Mag Plug You will find. Not like these cheaper metal bolt aluminuim thread Knock offs, that are Junk. i'm getting it because i like to see with my own EYE'S what comes out of my engine's Oil unlike Placing strong magnets on a Oil Filter that You wonder if its doing anything at all.? who wants to cut one open to find out and make a mess. LOL Not to mention the fact it could be interfering with the built in Anti-drain back Valves found inside.? anyone.? What Your Oil Filter Can't Filter out like the fine ferous metal's floating around in the engine the Dimple Magnet will Grab it. and add a little more Longevity to the engine. You Can't Go wrong useing One of these Plugs.
