Hi all,

I am sorry for this very newbie-esque question.

I gave my honda 2013 civic coupe to my father, who lives several states away. He decided he wants to sell the car instead of keeping it but needs to know the overall miles on the car. He's several states away, so I have to talk him through how to locate where to find the total miles put on the car. He is not tech literate, so I have to walk him through it, but I honestly don't remember. I've looked up the online manual and could not find it. Nothing on youtube- I don't know if I am using the right keywords.

If someone could please help us out that would be great. It's a 2013 honda civic coupe. Basic model. LX. No navigation.

I don't know if you locate it on the dashboard, the info screen, or the speedometer area? Again I know this is such a rudimentary question, but I just can't figure it out without being in the actual car and he keeps asking for instructions.

Didn't you tell Dad to look in the owners manual?


Odometer display is in the IMID screen along with radio, clock, and fuel economy information.

Steering wheel controls:





Use the "i" button to reach this screen, or any other screen that shows the odometer numbers along the bottom edge:





If the display only shows one of the trip meters, use the SEL/RESET button sticking out of the right upper quadrant of the lower cluster to change the display to main odometer
