Okay, I am going to be pulling out my old manual tranny that died on me this week and putting in one that I got from my local wrecker, its got about 43,000km on it. How bad of an idea is it to leave the clutch and fly wheel as is? I am a broke *** college student who stretched every last penny just to afford the transmission and tranny fluid.

if things go south, you will need to do all the work again, basically.

If the clutch is new leave it... If it's not replace it.
It's super easy and cheap. So why not?
