My 2009 honda civic ex-l coupe is getting terrible gad mileage

I have a 2009 honda civic ex-l, I bought it as a rebuilt title. Until now I haven't had any problems with it, but now I'm getting terrible gas mileage. My tank is 13 gallons and I'm only pushing 200 miles out of it. I've been told it could be my driving habits bit I never go past 3500 rpm. I've made sure my tired pressure is good and I've checked my spark plugs. What could the problem be with it.

Air filter? Oil? Is the trunk full of heavy stuff? Do you use Top Tier gas? Have you tried an injector cleaner? There are a LOT of possible actors involved in this...

I've checked my air filter, I just got an oil change, there is nothing in the trunk, and I use mid grade gas. I'll go ahead and try injector cleaner.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Got CEL/ fault codes?
Does it run poorly?

Stop and go traffic kills gas mileage.
Burn 87 octane gas.

You don't go over 3500? Make sure it still can once in a while. Mash the pedal and let it shift at redline just to make sure the engine hasn't lost power.

It was rebuilt because of an accident. Yes the car can go past 3500 rpms i just dont go past it to save gas, and the car is an automatic.

The car doesn't run the best it has a rough idle and when I'm stopped it vibrates violently. It'll go over 3500 I just don't let it so I can save gas.

THis may be because the engine mount collapsed. Typical.
