I've been doing a lot of looking at my options for a reliable, affordable, funnish smaller car. Seems like a civic coupe of this generation is going to be my best choice.

I'm hoping that you can give me some tips on what exact trims, options etc to look for. Here are my questions:

- any years to avoid? (issues that are known)

- what trim would have limited slip and heated seats? (I live in Alberta). I'd also be looking for a sun roof and some kind of brighter headligts - leather would be nice too. Are all of these available at a Civic level or do I need to look at Acura?

- engine options? I'd like something that can pass easily and would be at least not un-fun to drive. Do I need to look at SIs for the "fun"?


Anything else I need to know?
