turn-signal options …

with regard to normal turn-signal operations (2015 model here)
  • firmly pushing lever results in permanent blinker
  • lightly depressing lever continuously results in permanent blinker
  • quick lever depress results in succession of three blinks
anyone come across a trick to canceling the quickie after it's been initiated? in other words … a single blink instead of a triple-blink?

there are incidents whereas the turn-signal may confuse other drivers.

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

I have not yet, and I always thought the same thing.
Owners manual has nothing on it.

I often drive with a pen in my left hand and whenever I smack the turn signal, it gets annoying.

Re: turn-signal options …

I love the 3 blink feature, but likely no way to cancel once started.

Re: turn-signal options …

I did notice if you hold it, then it cancels as soon as you release.
