Front splash guards rattling noise - video

What is that noise coming from?
After heavy snowy winter @ chicagoland I've changed some of splash guards clips at both front fenders.
That noise still persists
At +/-50mph on the right side
then
close to 75-80mph the left side speak ups with most (less frequent) heavier "thumbs"

There is nothing loose under the hood, no exhaust pipe/shield is loose as well

Any idea?
tnx

Is the brush/splash guard tucked in under the bumper?

Yes, it is , there is at least 6... 8 rivets/clips. All of them are in and firm.
There is no clip/rivet missing on fender as well, I checked them this morning again.

Do you have the optional splash guards that go in behind the wheels? Is your hood rattling?

Re: Front splash guards rattling noise - video

The hood is not rattling, that noise comes from right then left side, Frequency ( on right side) is so close to the "paper put into a bike wheel while riding". Right side is much "deeper" and less frequent. I think, that this car has no extra splash guard, it is a basic version, no whistles or blowers. I'll check for extra splash guard tomorrow.

Eh, you'd know if you had one. It looks like a scoop behind each tire. I did hear it on the vid and it sounds like something is just loose enough to make the noise. In the wheel wells, the splash guards are also tucked in under the bumper and body? It can be a bit of a pain to pop those back in if you changed any bulbs out or did other maintenance.

Later this day, after my Honda will be back home I can shoot some pix pointed to wheel's well, I lost some rivets/clips this extremely snowy winter, I bought some from local Honda dealer, put them on, and still have that rattling sound/noise above 50mph, when heading strong wind its even worse.

Is it just me or does the tire look like it's close as hell to the splash guard?
