I have a 2013 civic si with 2.4L engine it's pretty nice. Gets at a top speed of about 140 mph. I want to be able to take my civic to a racetrack someday and make it go 200 mph. I would rather make the car I have now go 200 mph than buying a new hayabusa and putting a turbo on it which will run me 20k. Now the real question is what do I have to do to my civic to make it go 200 mph? No bullshit answers, give me the specifics about what I need to know.

Spend big, but spend wise first.
Figure out what Hasport had in their K24 Insight land speed record car.........and find out who built the roll cage.
Call THAT guy first.

^ that's a crazy video.
More fuel, more air and better aerodynamics. At 200 mph that car is going to need more downforce to keep it under control.

not worth spending tons of $$ on a Honda insight to go 200 MPH
