I have a 2012 civic EX 4 door sedan and the handling blows. I want to put coilovers on it and lower it so that there is no wheel gap. Is this going to be a problem with the fenders? Will the front fenders and the wheels hit around hard tight turns? Like how low can i go?

If you just want to rid of finger gap i would not go more than 1.5 - 2in .. after that you need camber kits, and what not. You dont need to roll you fenders unless you plan on slamming your car. Search around the site some plenty of pictures and builds available..
Size tires make a difference too. What is it you want it to look like
