2009 civic EX-L sedan

Hey guys, I've got a 2009 civic EX-L sedan. Got windows tinted, got a 14" sub, HID (8k). I was wondering what else can i do to it interior or exterior for under 300$? I wanted to add lighting inside but I heard with ex's 08 and above you can't.

Also, what are some really good products to clean interior and exterior? I use mcguires products and autoglym. Any other suggestions?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Why the hell can't you?

Lights, wires, switches.
That run on 12 volts.
The cars still run on 12 volts.
