Rear speaker buzz + pop when brake is pressed.

So I got my new amp yesterday and planned to hook up the old one to my 6x9s in the back. But whenever I hook them up I get a low buzz, it is always the same volume unless the gain is reduced, the buzz reduces with it. Also, whenever i disconnect the ground wire, the buzz gets much lower??

Regardless of the ground wire being connected or disconnected there is a POP whenever i press the brake. The buzzing noise gets even quieter when the headlights are turned on...
I did not have any issues like this with the amp & subwoofers, only when i try to connect them to the 6x9s(in the rear deck)

Any ideas? I am completely lost...
