If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
Re: part number for 06 civic main relay assembly
You looking for one of these main relays?
You better look for the one in your car.
Go ahead, I'll wait.
You ain't going to find that relay anywhere in that car.
Almost all of the relays use this configuration now:
I'm going to guess you meant you hooked the battery up backwards, and now the car won't run?
What other symptoms are there?
Absolutely nothing lights up now?
You sure you don't want the 100A main fuse instead?
And maybe the 70A fuse for the EPS,
Maybe a few other fuses too....
A simple $5 test light (and maybe a wiring diagram) can help determine which fuses are now ruined.
And save a ton of coin on wrong guesses.

My car won't start, no lights turn on nothing, they jus told me the fuse box might be messed up. What do I do bro, they don't have the part numbers in auto zone.

You have to get this stuff from a dealer. Not AutoZone.
Get and replace the funny looking fuse #1 first, and then see what else doesn't work.
Again: A simple $5 test light (and maybe a wiring diagram) can help determine which fuses are now ruined.
And save a ton of coin on wrong guesses.
