Head Rest is a pain in the neck

My wife and I recently bought a 2012 Civic. The headrest has started to cause my wife some discomfort when she is driving. It is slanted too far forward and makes it impossible for her to get comfortable. She is 5'4". Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any ideas for a possible solution?

Thanks

Remove the headrest? Put it in backwards?
