Cool intelligent Multi-Information Display (i-MID)

A Lexar 4GigaByte memory stick has been connected in the console via the Universal Serial Bus for trying to customize the settings and add a unique wallpaper image. The system displays a message that states there are no compatible items found. The manual states that the photos, either (.jpg or .bmp) must be in the "root" folder, which they are. I'm not sure what else to do to help it see the photos. The file size is smaller than what is required. Also, the system reported that a 3rd generation iPod is not supported.

Just wanted to verify that you are putting the files in the top level of the drive and not in a folder CALLED root.

I know some USB drives have copy protection and other things that might also cause an issue with this... maybe borrow a drive from somebody else to try.
