09 Honda Civic CCFL wiring
bought new CCFL projectors and dont know what the wiring setup for the halos should be, the dude installed them with the low beam so when my low beam is on they turn on as well. im wondering if they should allways be on or if what he did is correct, he wasnt really sure but that was the only thing he knew
