Im going to throw this out there but try turning the steering wheel and then turning the Key.

The key won't turn in my 2010 civic. I can't turn the wheel, it's locked. After a minute or two, it suddenly turns. Anyone else had this problem?

Come on guys when you have the key out of the ignition and turn the wheel they always will lock up and you also will not be able to turn the key untill you turn the wheel alittle. When this happens put the key in the ignition and turn the steering wheel slightly and then turn the key then it will come out of the wheel lock.
