Rep Power: 0 Noise from tires while running
My 2007 Honda civic was very QUIET for almost an year. Then I started hearing noises that increase with speed, and I guessed it was from the tire. I thought it should go away when I changed to new snow tires last December. It didn't. Now I changed back to old All Season tires, and the noise seemed to increase.
I took the car to my Honda dealer today. The mechanic checked it out, took it for a drive, but could not pinpoint the source of this noise. He then checked the tires and the suspension and said, the Rear control arm need update and because of that, the tear tires got feather edged and that made the noise. The car has done only 52000 kms and the original Dunlop tires have done only 42000 kms.
Any comments or suggestions?

well once they replaced the rear arms you should have no problems with your tires. just drive on and enjoy the silence. i know how noisy those tires can get.
