internals upgrade

I want to upgrade the internals on my 07 lx coupe before i turbo it.. can someone give me 2 separate lists of what internals yield biggest hp/tq gains, and what internals need to be upgraded so i can safely run about 12-15psi of boost?

What internals are already out is one of the questions you should be asking. I havent heard of anything being out, although I havent looked.
Basically a cam will help you along your way as a starting point, along with valve springs and retainers. If you wanna go big you can do rods, pistons, valves... etc... how much money do you have?

i wanna be reasonable with how much i spend, but i dont want to cut corners or take shortcuts either. and there is a ton out for my car already. This is what i was looking at..
underdrive pulley set
forged piston set
camshafts (pro series stage 1)
cam gears
connecting rods
racing valves
valve springs
and new timing belts
i was definitely thinking bout upgrading camshaft and cam gears.. possibly even pistons and valves... what would give most gains, and what would be absolutely necessary to run up to 15psi oof boost? im looking to eventually be pushing 450-600hp in this car. shooting for around the 350-400 hp mark tho with just turbo and internals. eventually planning on doing an engine swap and sequential twin turbos. I want this car to be faster than most stock cars on the road, but still be able to be driven dailey.

If you plan on swapping, then why dump all the money into the stock motor? You wont hit anywhere near those numbers with a stage one cam gear. Go big. Get stage three.
