So im planning to get a new 2008 civic ex 2dr coupe mt. I'm from chicago so does anyone know a good dealer that will give me the best price or any tips on getting the best prices?

If it's gonna be new be prepared to spend 18-19 grand. Really if you think about it it's a Honda so you'll get your money's worth....unless you crash it or something. You looking to trade in an old car? That would help. If you go used (I understand if you don't want to) you can find good ex's for good prices. I got a used SI for 16 grand with a trade in.

Honda's are in demand now here in L.A. Ca. a dealer told me he sells about 125 unit's a month and only received 96 units from Honda. You do the math, he tells me that he has a waiting list on some models that are in demand so expect to pay a lot on the EX a car that everybody wants right now because of high gas prices.
