Factory 'Sports Suspension' ?

I was on the Honda owner link looking to download the Front Under Spolier installation instructions.... and came across a '2007 Civic EX/LX Sports Suspension' install file.

It is part # 08W60-SVA-100 and is 2 front damper/springs and the 2 rear dampers and rear springs. Issue date AUG 2006

Anybody have any info or real specs on this ? It is NOT for the Si or the sedan. Coupe only, and EX and LX models.

Could this be the Si parts to install on the EX/LX ?
May not be worth the 1200$-ish it was priced at, but anybody know ?
Thanks.

Had no idea about this, but still, going for the factory products, I guess is gonna be expensive as hell, right?
